3.1 Booking Process
- All bookings must be confirmed in writing (email or written contract)

- We reserve the right to decline any booking request

3.2 Payment Terms
- A deposit of 30% is required to confirm your booking
- Full payment must be completed 7 days before the service date
- We accept cash, bank transfers, and major credit cards
- All prices are in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) unless otherwise specified
- Prices may vary due to fuel costs, seasonal demand, or currency fluctuations
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1 Customer Cancellations
- More than 14 days before departure: Full refund minus 10% administration fee
- 7-14 days before departure: 50% refund
- 3-6 days before departure: 25% refund
- Less than 3 days or no-show: No refund
4.2 Company Cancellations
If Sympa Tours cancels a service due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, mechanical failure, safety concerns), we will:
- Offer a full refund or
- Reschedule at no additional cost or
- Provide alternative comparable service
5. Travel Requirements and Responsibilities
5.1 Customer Responsibilities
- Provide valid identification and travel documents
- Arrive at designated meeting points on time
- Follow safety instructions from drivers and guides
- Respect local customs, laws, and other travelers
- Inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements
- Carry appropriate insurance coverage
5.2 Age and Health Requirements
- Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
- Pregnant women should consult their doctor before long trips
- Customers with mobility issues should inform us in advance
- We reserve the right to refuse service to intoxicated individuals

7. Conduct and Behavior
To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, customers must:
- Treat staff, guides, and other customers with respect
- Follow vehicle capacity and safety rules
- Not smoke in vehicles (smoking breaks will be provided)
- Not consume alcohol in vehicles
- Dispose of waste responsibly
- Respect photography restrictions at certain locations
We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for customers who:
- Behave inappropriately or disruptively
- Endanger themselves or others
- Damage property or equipment
- Violate local laws or customs
8. Changes and Modifications
- Itineraries may be modified due to weather, road conditions, or safety concerns
- We will provide reasonable notice of any significant changes
- Alternative arrangements will be offered when possible
- No compensation is due for minor itinerary changes
